This guide is designed for administrators and campaign managers using the LevCharity platform. It provides a step-by-step on how to create and manage Team Campaigns—collaborative fundraising efforts that allow teams and participants to contribute to a shared cause.
Overview #
What Are Team Campaigns?
Team Campaigns let you launch group-based fundraising initiatives. These campaigns can feature sponsorship options, customizable content, donor checkout experiences, and more. Each campaign includes multiple setup tabs to help you manage everything from visuals to donation settings.
How to Add a Team Campaign #
Step 1: Navigate to Team Campaigns #
- Go to the WordPress Admin Dashboard.
- Access the LevCharity section and select “Team Campaigns.”
- Click Add New to start creating a new campaign.
Tab: Page Settings #
This is the main configuration area for your campaign. It includes core details, content sections, donation settings, and display options.
Campaign Details #
- Campaign Friendly Title – Internal name for reference.
- Title (Admin Only) – Displayed only within the dashboard.
- Campaign Message Heading – Heading shown publicly on the page.
- Campaign Teams Page Title – Title above the teams section.
- Campaign Participants Page Title – Title above the participants list.
- Campaign Subtitle – Public-facing subheading.
- Campaign Message – Rich text introduction (WYSIWYG editor).
Fundraising Purpose #
- Why Are You Fundraising – Default text shown on donation forms.
Receipts & Checkout Settings #
- Disable Summit Receipts – Turn off automated receipts if not needed.
- Show Checkout Instruction Above – Display instructions above form.
- Payment Description – Custom note shown on donor receipts.
Currency Settings #
- Hide Currency Switcher: Toggle visibility.
- Default Currency: Fixed currency for donations (e.g. ILS).
Campaign Timing #
- Start & End Dates – Set campaign duration.
- Hide Countdown Clock – Option to remove countdown.
- Never Ending Campaign – Keep the campaign open indefinitely.
Fundraising Goal #
- Fundraising Goal – Input a numerical fundraising target.
- Mark Goal Unlimited – Option for open-ended goals.
- Mark Campaign as Complete– Manually mark campaign as complete.
Donation Frequency #
- One-time Only: A single donation, the monthly option will not show.
- One-time + Monthly: Donors can choose between making a single donation or a recurring monthly donation.
- Monthly Unlimited: An unlimited monthly recurring donation with no set end time
- Monthly Limited: A monthly recurring donation with an added field for the user to select over how many months they want to donate
- Enable Instalments: Allow your donors to pay over a predefined number of months

Quotes #
- Add Motivational Quotes: Add a quote that will be displayed on campaign page.
Sponsorship Carousel #
- Upload Sponsor Logos: Upload logos of supporters and/or sponsors.
Media Settings #
- Participant Page Banner – Main Participant Page Banner
- Banner Image (1920x400px)
- Gallery Images – Upload multiple visuals.
- Video URL – Embed campaign video.
- Mobile Image – Optimized image for mobile view.

This tab manages data related to teams, participants, and donations.
Teams #
- View by ID, Team Name, Goal, Raised, Status, and Actions.
- Includes search, filters, and manual team creation.
Fundraisers (Participants) #
- View and manage participants, goals, and team assignments.
- Editable via a data table view.
All Donations #
- Filter and view all donations by date, donor, or method.
- Includes team and participant links for context.
Tab: Sponsorships #
Allows users to configure sponsor-based giving options within the campaign.
General Settings #
- Enable Sponsorships – Master toggle.
- Enable Quantities – Allow users to donate multiple units of an item.
- Title – Public-facing section title.
- Description – Visual editor for sponsorship details.
Form Sponsorships #
Choose from pre-set donation items such as:
- Medical Kits (e.g. Resuscitation Kits, AEDs)
- Vehicles (e.g. Ambucycles, Ambulances)
- Training Courses (e.g. EMT, Phlebotomy)
- Special Projects (e.g. Adopt-a-Grandparent, Day of Life Saving)
- Safety Equipment (e.g. Vests, EpiPens)
Tab: Custom Fields #
Add extra form fields to collect information during checkout.
Field Settings #
- Custom Field Title – Label shown to the donor.
- Field Type – Choose text, textarea, select, etc.
- Field Name – Unique internal identifier.
- Max Character Count – Set character limits.
- Required – Toggle to make a field mandatory.
- Default Value – Pre-filled input (optional).
- Placeholder – Helper text inside the field.
These fields appear at the bottom of the checkout form and are often used for logistics, compliance, or personalized donor experiences.
Final Notes #
- Each tab corresponds to specific helper classes and plugin metaboxes.
- Data tables use server-side processing for speed and scalability.
- All inputs are saved as post meta or synced with external systems, depending on your setup.
