This SOP outlines the steps to add sponsorship equipment pieces to your site for donation forms and fundraising campaigns.
Key Steps #
Step 1: Access the Sponsorship Section 0:00
- Open the sponsorship section of your site.
- This is where you will manage sponsorships for donation forms and fundraising campaigns.
Step 2: Add Sponsorship Details 0:13
- Click on ‘Add Sponsorship’.
- Fill in the following details:
- Title
- Admin Only (if applicable)
- Description
- Sponsorship Prices (consider multi-currency options)
- Sponsorship Image
- Click ‘Update’ to save your changes.
Step 3: Edit Donation Forms 1:11
- Navigate to the donation form you want to edit.
- Click ‘Edit’.
- Go to the sponsorships tab to select the sponsorships you want to toggle on or off.
Step 4: Toggle Sponsorships 1:24
- Toggle the desired sponsorships on or off.
- Ensure that the selected sponsorships are visible to users for donation.
Step 5: Edit Fundraising Campaigns 1:47
- For crowdfunding campaigns, follow a similar process:
- Click ‘Edit’ on the fundraising campaign.
- Enable sponsorships as needed.
Step 6: Configure Sponsorships 2:18
- Access the ‘Configure’ section in Sponsorships to view all added sponsorships.
Cautionary Notes #
- Ensure that all sponsorship details are accurate before saving.
- Double-check the toggled sponsorships to confirm they are set correctly for user visibility.
