This SOP outlines the steps for adding, editing, and managing e-cards in the backend system.
1. Introduction to E-Cards Management 0:00
- Welcome to the video about managing e-cards in the backend.
- As an admin, you can add, delete, or edit e-cards.
2. Accessing E-Cards 0:16
- Navigate to the e-cards section by going to Fundraise > E-Cards.
- You will see a data table displaying all published and active e-cards along with their prices.
3. Editing an E-Card 0:28
- Select an e-card to edit (e.g., Birthday e-card).
- When adding a new e-card, initial fields will be blank.

- Fill in the following details:
- Title of the e-card
- Default currency
- Price
- Greeting message
- Admin email for BCC to track sent cards
- Body message for the donation confirmation
- Closing message for the e-card.
5. Customizing E-Card Design 1:38
- Change the background color of the e-card.
- Update the text color for all information, including dynamic content.

- If displaying multiple e-cards, define their position by numbering them (1, 2, 3, etc.) for organization.
