Objective #
This SOP outlines the steps to export event data, including tickets, sponsorships, and ads, from the LevCharity platform.
Key Steps #
1. Access the Export Tab 0:00
- Navigate to the LevCharity platform.
- Click on the Configure section.
- Select the Export tab.
2. Select Event Data to Export 0:18
- Go to the Events section.
- Choose to export data for:
- All events (default selection)
- A specific campaign or event (select from the dropdown).
3. Set Export Parameters 0:28
- Choose the desired currency for the export.
- Set the start date and end date for the data you want to export.
4. Review Default Export Information 1:00
- The default export includes:
- Payment method
- Date paid
- Order ID
- Event name
- Donor first and last name
- Review the information to ensure it meets your needs.
5. Choose Export Category 1:17
- Decide which category of data to export:
- Tickets
- Sponsorships
- Event Ads
- Each category can be downloaded separately.
6. Download the Exported Data 1:49
- After selecting the desired categories, download the data.
- Choose the format for the export:
- CSV
- Excel.
7. Finalize the Export Process 2:09
- Ensure you are still in the Configure section.
- Confirm you are in the Exports tab and have selected Events.
- Proceed to export the data.
