This SOP outlines the steps to configure account sign-up settings for crowdfunding campaigns, ensuring a customized user experience on the front end.

1. Introduction to Account Sign-Up Settings 0:00
- The account sign-up settings are primarily used for crowdfunding sign-ups.
- Recognize the importance of customizing user fields during the sign-up process. Choosing the right fields will always depend on your campaign and the users that you are hoping to attract.
2. Accessing the Sign-Up Form 0:40
- Log out of your account to view the sign-up process.
- Navigate to the sign-up page to see the fields available for customization. This is the view that the users will see from the front end.
3. Configuring Sign-Up Fields 1:16
- Identify the fields available for sign-up:
- First Name
- Last Name
- Phone
- Password
- Address
- State
- Country
- City
- Zip
- Decide which fields are necessary based on your campaign needs. Show or hide whichever fields you feel are necessary.
4. How to disable the options
- Once you have navigated to the accounts section you will see the options to enable or disable each item by using the toggle button like above.
- Consider hiding fields that are not essential: 2:50
- Address
- City
- Country
- State
- Zip Code
- Configure additional fields: 2:07
- Hide or show prefix options (Mr., Mrs., Dr., etc.).
- Make first name and last name required or optional.
- Decide on the necessity of username, email, phone, and password fields.
5. Two-Factor Authentication Settings 1:51
- Understand that two-factor authentication is enabled by default to prevent spam accounts.
- To disable it, toggle the setting on or off as needed.

- Once all configurations are made, click ‘Update Settings’ to save changes.
- Ensure that the changes take effect immediately.
