This SOP outlines the steps to configure donation forms and related settings in the plugin to ensure proper functionality and compliance with donation requirements.
Key Steps #
1. Accessing Forms Settings 0:16
- Navigate to the Settings section of the plugin.
- Locate and select Forms to access the donation form settings.
2. Setting Predefined Donation Amounts 0:25
- In the Forms settings, you can add and set up predefined amounts for donation forms.
- These amounts will be displayed on all checkout or donation forms.
3. Configuring Minimum Donation Amount 1:03
- Set a Minimum Donation amount to prevent low-value donations (e.g., $10).
- This setting will apply to all donation forms and campaigns.
4. Setting Credit Card Fee 1:32
- Specify a Credit Card Fee percentage (e.g., 3%).
- Customize the checkbox message to inform donors they can cover transaction fees.
5. Enabling Charitable Foundation Donations 2:05
- Enable the option for donations made on behalf of a charitable foundation.
